7-7:15am — Upon waking health stack

I wake up at 7am and start my health protocol immediately, commencing with oral health and skin health until 7:15. The oral microbiome and impact of oral hygiene on the rest of health is seriously underrated.

I’m lazier here than I should be. Right now I just use this moisturizer.

However, if I wanted an 80/20 stack, I’d make sure that I have exposure to niacinamide, ceramides, hyaluronic acid and GHK-Cu. That means this cleanser followed by GHK-Cu & hyaluronic acid serum followed by this moisturizer.

If I wanted to go even further, I’d add OS-O1 peptide and a retinol (the longevity doctors I know recommend tretinoin).

7:15-9am — Exercise & breakfast supplement stack

From 7:15 to 8:30 I go to the gym, typically with a black coffee, essential amino acids, and sometimes either beetroot powder, creatine, pre-workout or an adrenal mineral mix for added energy.

I do strength training 3-4 days per week and cardio 2-3 days per week.

After the gym, I have a large smoothie where I am to get lots of nutrients in all at once:
