Morning stack
- Hydrate upon waking
- Oral health just after
- Copper tongue scrape
- Quick teeth brush or just water flosser
- Ozonated coconut oil pull — the ozonated oil becomes anti-microbial and kills harmful oral pathogens. I also use ozonated olive oil
- Skin health after
- Only recently have I started caring … maybe I’m getting old. The 80/20 is niacinamide, ceramides, hyaluronic acid and GHK-Cu, which can be achieved in many ways
- The best way I’ve found is this cleanser followed by multi-peptide + copper peptides serum followed by this moisturizer
- If I wanted to go even further, I’d add OS-O1 peptide and a retinol at night (the longevity doctors I know use tretinoin)
- Morning supplement stack
- Multivitamin (I’ve looked at every multi out there, and this is by far the best)
- Carnitine 1g (for energy and metabolism)
- Thiamine 400mg (for metabolic health; it’s the only thing that lowers my a1c)
- Eye supplement stack — for eye health and antioxidation
- Fatty15 (metabolism, longevity, cognition)
- Methylation stack only 1 capsule (b2, b6, folate, b12, TMG to lower homocysteine and support methylation)
- Morning peptide stack
- BPC-157 — 0.5mg daily for tissue repair, inflammation
- SS-31 — 10mg 5x per week for energy and mitochondrial support
- TA-1 — 1.5mg 2x per week for immunity and allergies
- Retatrutide — 1.5mg once per week for metabolism, inflammation, focus
Smoothie Stack
One of my best health hacks is the daily smoothie I make – 50g protein, 20g fiber, lots of nutrients, only 400 calories but fills me up like 800. I try to make this my first meal of the day.
