- Oral health upon waking
- Coconut oil pull (immediately after waking, whilst hanging from the pull up bar or jump on rebounder trampoline)
- Tongue scraping
- Skin health just after
- Only recently have I started caring … maybe I’m getting old. The 80/20 is niacinamide, ceramides, hyaluronic acid and GHK-Cu, which can be achieved in many ways
- The best way I’ve found is this cleanser followed by GHK-Cu & hyaluronic acid serum followed by this moisturizer
- If I wanted to go even further, I’d add OS-O1 peptide and a retinol (the longevity doctors I know use tretinoin)
- Supplement stack just after waking
Smoothie Stack
One of my best health hacks is the daily smoothie I make – 60g protein, 20g fiber, lots of nutrients, only 400 calories but fills me up like 800. I try to make this my first meal of the day.
If I add >60g of protein, I will also HCL & Pepsin, digestive enzymes to help breakdown protein. I find that if I don’t do this, I have a bit of brainfog after too much protein all at once.
